I dived into this with 28 ARCs with the motive of reducing them to 15 and
Still not sure how this happened because I’m always terrible at functioning under time limit.
I signed up for ARCaugust for reducing my ARC mountain here
The first one I finished was The Twelve by Cindy Lin.
This book deals with the aftermath of the war waged by the dragon lord with the people who have zodiac powers. After losing both parents in this war, Usagi’s only hope is to take care of her sister and safeguard the family heirloom her father entrusted her with.
The twelve was the best start I could hope for this month. Granted , I started it in July , I loved to finish it in August .
Maxine offered me with this copy for review. Ronaldo’s adventures continues with the second book in a series
I was intrigued with the temporary blind girl being helped by a dude with prosthetic legs. I don’t remember who tweeted it .. but that tweet had the NetGalley link and Voila.
Review + Teardrops in my phone.
Roselle Lim has cooked all the love , patience and happiness with amazing writing. The story follows Natalie who comes home after years for her mom’s death.

That’s it guys. This incident should be remembered because I’m sure I’ll never achieve anything without finding a loophole.

My arc pile is pretty non-existant for now ahaha, I only have one review request left that i’m pretty much pushing off for now as it’s fantasy and i’m not quite sure i’m ready for it right now with my 10days working in a row and such XD

Wait so if I’m reading the bingo board right, you read 23 books?! In how much time? A month! DANG that’s a ton! I’m so slow I don’t think I’d ever be able to read that much in one month, even if they were all audiobooks. XD Great job!

No no 😂😂. I’m still a human being…. I read 8 ARCs and 2 Backlist books. I just picked one book for 2-3 prompts and as such… And one of the board is actually DNF an arc.. so🤷. Thanks for reading my post Heather

Ohhhhh okay. XD Still, 9 1/2 is a lot. On average I read like 4 or 5 a month.

Me too actually. 4-5 is a great achievement for me. I was sick for most of August and hence read a lot in home .
