Book review

February Ended too soon || Wrap up

Hey guys , February was kind of awesome plus stressful month for me. I procrastinated studying and ended up reading 12 books which is a really big number for me.

I started with my studies quite seriously and it’s being a pain. I don’t know what kind of horrors I’m gonna unleash by starting my math(didn’t start bcz my notes is with my friend)

Summer has started so early and the temperature apparently demands to bath atleast 100 times a day(this is gonna be a looong summer for me)

Let’s get started with what you came to read.

Books read

  • Code of Manavas

🌟🌟🌟🌟

My first book for February was honestly a brain fry for me. I don’t really read many sci-fi and this one had a lot of science in it. But this was a quick nice read. Here’s my review.

  • Thomas Wildus and the book of Sorrows

🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is ny first physical ARC . Thomas is kind of the chosen one and horrors unleash unexpectedly. Here’s my review.

  • The Last Black Unicorn – Tiffany Haddish

🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tiffany’s debut Dark humor standalone was funny , sarcastic and tragedy. Here’s my review on Goodreads.

  • The Princess Saves herself in this one

This was just amazing and so empowering! It’s my first poetry book and I’m practically in love with this book. Here’s my review.

  • You asked for perfect – Laura Silverman

🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a greaat read!!! I loved Ariel and amir so much!! Ariel was soo adorable.

  • To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before

🌟🌟🌟🌟

Too much drama. Lara was so naive and kiddish for a teenager. But writing , character development were awesome.

Remember when I told you I would probably never read this book series?? Yes , I finished this trilogy (i probably jinxed it)

  • P.S I still Love You

🌟🌟🌟🌟

I loved this book so much. It was so real and explained the complexities of a teenage relationship. I didn’t really ship lara with anyone .(fyi)

  • Smoke and Summons – Charlie.N.Holmberg

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I read this ARC for ffbc blogtour and here’s my post on blogtour.

  • Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I read this for Noura’s Potterhead readalong which I loved so much. Nostalgia is the best.

  • A thousand Perfect Notes by C.G.Drews

🌟🌟🌟🌟

I finally read this book. This has been in my tbr forever. I got this in bookish wishlist and it teared up my soul(naturally)

  • Dreamer by Ja-Mel vinson

🌟🌟🌟

I read Dreamer for Caffeinated reader’s Blogtour hosted by Shealea . This book was kinda fun with great world building.

Here’s my post for this book.

  • Always and forever Lara Jean

🌟🌟🌟

This was my last read for February and it was great. I did feel like it was forced and unnecessary but it was great.

March TBR

  • Opposite of always

  • The Mermaid’s voice returns in this one

  • City of Fallen Angels (Mortal instruments 4)

I’m reading it in 28th feb . This probably will be my first march read.

  • The Bride test

I got this ARC on Edelweiss and planning to read this one soon.

  • Girls of paper and fire

If this one reaches me in March

  • King of scars

According to Amazon , this is supposed to reach me on March 11 th (after second postpone) , I will put everything down and read about Nikolai.

  • Harry pptter nd the prisoner of Azkaban

I’m definitely in the mindset for reading this one for noura’s readalong.

      1. Full-time job! I read 6 in January and 8 in February, so 10 seems like a little bit of a stretch but still achievable as long as I’m intentional about it!!

  2. Reading instead of studying is like the best way to procrastinate.. ahaha πŸ˜‚ Math was also my worst.. be careful not fall too much behind though!
Thomas Wildus and the book of Sorrows’s cover is so pretty !! What you gave us about it kinda reminds me of the β€œgoosebumps” (though I only watched the first movie.. not the books)

  3. I’m so excited for you, you’ve read some awesome books in February!! I still need to get around to reading some of those, but all the yes for nostalgia reads. I’m also reading The Mermaid’s Voice Returns in this One this month too! I hope we both love it and congrats on your physical ARC!!

  4. I can’t believe how unbelievably hot it is for March! You’re right, it does feel like we should shower 100 times a day. πŸ™ˆ

Also, you’ve had a great reading month, Dany! I’m still puttering around in the ARC rabbit hole and can’t seem to finish anything. 😭
